Heuchera Silver Scrolls has the rounded leaves which are silver and burgundy in spring, deepening to silver and near black later in the season. Pink flowers. Evergreen.
How to Grow Heuchers
Heuchera comes from North America. It's an undemanding perennial. A suitable habitat is a semi-shade with slightly moist soils. Some cultivars also tolerate full sun. They do best in classic perennial beds. Heuchera 'Blondie' is a long awaited novelty from Terra Nova Nurseries. It is a very compact cultivar with blue-red leaf coloring. Throughout the season attractive creme-yellow flowers appear on the plants. For its habitus is ideal for smaller gardens and containers. The breeder even states that it can be successfully grown indoors.
