Orders - the delivery schedule
When will we ship your order? If you order plants between 20.10. and 20.4. (dates are indicative only): Your order will be registered in the electronic system and ordered plants will be reserved for you. Ordered plants we will send you in spring. Because of orders are executed based on a „first come, first serve“ rule, the sooner you order, the sooner you get your plants. Depending on the weather conditions, we will send plants from April 20, and continue until end of May. If you order plants between 21.4. and 31.5. (dates are indicative only): Your order will be registered in the electronic system and ordered plants will be reserved for you. Your order will be send as soon as it is your turn. Preferentially we process those orders that arrived between October 20 and April 20, and that's why your order could be expected to be shiped June 1. If you order plants between 1.6. and 19.10. (dates are indicative only): Your order will be registered in the electronic system and ordered plants will be reserved for you. We will process and ship the plants as soon as the weather allows it. We usually send orders within 7 - 10 days. Why haven't I received my order yet? One of the reasons may be, that you did not pay for the order. We only process pre-paid orders. We do not deal with unpaid orders and do not send requisition to customers to pay. When is the best time to order the plants? You can order your plants anytime. Please, order your plants via e - shop, by phone, email or letter as soon as possible. There is only a limited number of plants in stock for some cultivars. Orders are executed based on a „first come, first serve“ rule. Please do not ask us to process your order preferentially withouth having serious reason. Every year we start the new season on December 1, and in this date, there is a largest selection of a new cultivars available. If you are searching for some novelties, make order during this period. Do you replace cultivars that I ordered by the others? No. We'll send you only those cultivars that you have ordered. We do not replace missing cultivars. What happens, if I order and pay plants during the winter and they will not be available during the spring? It can happened, as plants are weather and pest sensitive and may happened, that we cannot send ordered plants as they were damaged by frost, pest or any other reason. In this case, we return the money for the missing cultivars. If I have already ordered and paid for the plants, but the plants have not yet been shipped, can I re-order more plants? Yes, you can, but the new order will be processed separately and will be process based on the date of ordering. Both orders will not be joined together but they will be processed as two separate orders.
